Moving towards this way of living can involve exploring past patterning or conditioning which has distorted your innate and natural way of being. This journey may call for the willingness to work with unresolved or partially-processed experiences – that is, things that have been pushed out of your awareness to avoid painful or uncomfortable feelings. Meeting and resolving these inner fragments can open you up to new ways of being in the world.
The direction of the journey is always towards more wholeness. It involves an increasing self awareness, an understanding of your body's innate intelligence, an ability to navigate your emotions, and contact with your intuitive-feeling self. As you come into relationship with your whole self, you naturally discover how to be more fully in relationship with others. Being more in tune with yourself, can lead to a deeper ease within. From here, it becomes easier to be in the world as you uniquely are.

Michael Forrest & Louise Forrest are therapists with four decades of combined therapeutic experience. As well as being registered and accredited members of BACP (British Association for Counsellors & Psychotherapists) they are both qualified in supervision. They also share backgrounds in Mindfulness and Dance-Movement practices. They have discovered embodiment holds the key to depth healing and wellbeing.
